STEP 2. Place a dropper full of Happy-C™ Serum on your palm and massage evenly onto face, neck and décolleté, as part of your morning or daytime routine.
STEP 3. Allow serum 1 minute to absorb into the skin and then apply Happy Radiance™ Treatment Cream.
